Risk Assessments

Regulation 3 of the Management of Health and Safety at Work Regulations 1999 requires all employers who employ 5 or more staff members to have a documented assessment of their risk.

Our experience has shown that most organisations do not employ in-house health and safety specialists and because of this; they either ignore risk assessments, or they try their best to undertake the assessments, but the reality is most people just don’t complete them sufficiently.
